For your added reassurance, copies of Bob's Certifications, Insurance, and References are available upon request.

Choosing A Home Inspector:

You know, you may not mind choosing a large franchise to make you a burger, develop your film, or even replace your muffler, but do you really want to choose one to inspect your dream home? Instead of choosing a company that has to meet a quota, why not choose an independently owned and operated company like BW Inspection Services who takes pride in their work and will send you an individual inspector who will look after your individual needs? Even more important is checking your Inspector's qualifications! Most people that call ask one question! "How much do you charge for a home inspection?" Though this is a pertinent question, it should not be the main concern. Some do not know what else to ask. Since this person will be inspecting the most valuable possesion you'll probably own, here is a list of questions you should ask your Inspector when calling! These questions have been pre-answered here by our Inspector to save you time!
