2006 HOME INSPECTION LIST

GENERAL INSPECTIONS- Our competitive pricing structure is based on the size, type, and age of the property you are buying. Note: Size is determined by (s.f.) square footage of the home and pertains to all areas to be inspected. Please call for an individual quote or fill out the "Quick Form" on the home page. Listed below are other services offered by BW Inspections.

HOME INSPECTION (Basic)-Single family home up to 3000 sq.ft.and up to 30 yrs old. ($295)

NEW HOMES-Framing Inspection- ($175)- Also known as Pre-Drywall inspection! This Inspection should be done when the framing has been completed and before the insulation and drywall has been installed. This Inspection helps to find framing and other problems before they are covered and hidden from view.

CONDO INSPECTIONS - ($285)

TOWNHOMES - ($295)

RADON PLACE & PICKUP W/FULL REPORT_______$125.00

2 EPERM Canisters placed in home for min. 2 days according to EPA Regulations.

MOLD & AIR QUALITY TESTING - (Call for Prices)

TERMITE INSPECTION_________________________$75.00

WELL FLOW & BACTERIA INSPECTION________$125.00
SEPTIC INSPECTION________$275.00

Prices for General Inspections for homes older than 20 years or have addt'l equipment such as more than 1 heating/AC unit, water heater, etc, also addt'l requested items that are not part of the General Inspection may be slightly higher.
